Thanks very much for setting this up, Mladen. This is a great idea, and it's a wonderful way to keep all of us on track, cooperating and building our friendship while keeping up the maintenance efficiently.
Your efforts are going to be just what we need, and I really appreciate it.

I'm retiring from my engineering career this year and hope to be at Mimosa much more in the near future, and look forward to seeing all my apartment neighbors soon. Talk to you soon.
