During spring time A/C is never needed and will be shut down on 1. st April till end of May unless otherwise requested. This will reduce our monthly costs greatly and saving our AC unit when there
is no need for it.

Hi, have you any idea of the cost of replacement of the parts for the a/c, the funds are there for this type of thing to be fixed.Barbara

A/C is fully functional. But before summer it need slight modification to exhaust system. I already asked for a quote for a mod and have it. It is not too much money

Where are the AC exhaust pipes? Down at the central unit? Do you mean drain pipes for condensation water? Just curious.

Hot air exhaust during AC working in cooling mode.
Or cold air exhaust during AC in heating mode. will post some pictures these days so you get the
idea of that problem.
